Shenzhen Unionwaltron Optoelectronics is a high-tech LED lighting manufacturer integrating the research, production and sales of LED lighting sources, lighting projects, landscape lighting and indoor lighting. Our products include LED tubes, floodlights, bulbs and more. Our ISO 9001:2000-certified 7,000-square-meter factory houses imported automatic production lines including four lines for LED bulbs, six for LED tubes, two for LED panel lights and five for LED drivers as well as more than 150 sets of advanced testing equipment including encapsulation, SMT and DIP machines. We employ nearly 500 workers and we produce 300,000 LED tubes, 500,000 LED panel lights and 500,000 LED drivers monthly.
In 2005, we moved from Hong Kong to Shenzhen and invested to develop high-power LEDs and high-brightness LED lighting application technologies. We have a 30-strong R&D team studying high-power heat lamps, LED process modules, optical lamp design, lighting design, power-driven technology and LED color control technology. They have earned us 28 patents worldwide and they can finish a customized sample in five to seven days. We have 20 QC staff with an average of five years' experience ensuring our products meet CE, RoHS, UL, TUV and FCC requirements. They also provide two-year warranty for all products.
